Robert Zeinemann concentrates his practice on municipal, land use and construction law.  He has experience advising and defending municipalities, with an emphasis on land use issues.  Robert also assists individuals and associations in land use permitting actions.  Robert's construction law experience includes representing companies in contract disputes, bid protests, and in federal and state administrative proceedings.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Robert worked as a senior land use planner for the State of Wisconsin where he served in several roles advising both local and state officials.  His understanding of the laws, policies, goals and procedures of government agencies is invaluable for serving SCB's clients.

"An effective lawyer is both a legal counselor and strong advocate for clients.  As counsel, Robert provides information and advice that enable clients to make strategic decisions.  As an advocate, he works hard to defend the interests of clients.  The attorneys at SCB excel in both of those roles while also understanding the complexities surrounding land use, municipal and development issues.”
