Paul Dayton's practice involves analysis and litigation of business disputes. With more than twenty years of experience in a wide range of challenging and, in some instances, precedent setting cases, he advises clients of their rights and responsibilities and litigates to protect their interests. Paul is admitted to practice before the Washington Supreme Court, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington. Paul has litigated cases in state and federal court in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California, Colorado and Arizona as well as arbitrations under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and American Arbitration Association. He has argued cases in the Washington Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
