Greg practices in the areas of Environmental and Natural Resources law, Tribal Environmental Law, and Litigation.  Greg has handled a variety of environmental matters, including complex superfund litigation and natural resource damages claims under CERCLA and MTCA.  He also frequently represents clients in stormwater related citizen suit actions under the Clean Water Act (CWA), and assists clients with water quality permit compliance and stormwater management issues.

In additional to environmental matters, Greg has litigated numerous other cases, ranging from commercial contract and construction claim disputes, to personal injury and product liability actions.  Greg has extensive experience managing complex litigation in state and federal court, and has represented clients through trial, arbitration, and mediation.

Greg is a co-author of SCB's Environmental Law blog.

Outside of the office, Greg spends time with his family, coaches his son’s soccer team and chairs his local Cub Scout Pack.  Greg is also an avid cyclist, runner and triathlete.
